CI-Tx is a subscription-based service. CI-Tx Cloud subscription includes the following features:

  • Unlimited access to CI-Tx Central
  • Unlimited users to all roles in CI-Tx Central
  • Unlimited data hosting
  • Unlimited access to CI-Tx Configurator app
  • 4-hours of remote (online or phone) support per subscribed asset per year
  • IoT message forwarding
  • API access
  • Email and SMS alarm notifications
  • Access to new feature releases and security updates

Subscriptions terms and conditions are governed by our CI-Tx Cloud Subscription Agreement, we have worked to ensure that this agreement is as flexible and helpful to our customers as possible. If you require a bespoke agreement, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is based on the following:
1. The number of assets being monitored
2. The location of the assets (local or remote)
3. The number of field devices
4. The type of field devices (Satellite or LoRaWAN)
